The Process

1. Consultation

We start by scheduling an in-person or video consultation to discuss your ideas, event space, guest count, and overall vision. We never give quotes through social media or phone without a proper meeting.

2. Design & Proposal

After the consultation, we create a customized design proposal based on your input, including a color palette and layout ideas. You can also share your Pinterest board with us for inspiration.

3. Agreement & Contract

Once the design is approved, we sign an agreement and the client provides a 20% deposit to reserve the date.

4. Mockup & Measurements

We visit the event venue to take measurements and finalize design details. A mockup is presented to ensure the design meets your expectations.

5. Execution & Delivery

On the event day, we handle the entire setup and, after the celebration, take care of the teardown.
