Please Note:

Event Insurance Requirement: We require a $1 million event liability insurance policy with Sunflower Events Hall listed as the additional insured. This is a standard industry requirement and typically costs around $240, depending on your provider. 
Sales tax will be added to your venue rental total.

Booking & Pricing Policy: All pricing is subject to change. Please note that your contract rate is locked in based on the date your contract is signed, not the date of your tour. (This helps account for the fact that some couples tour months in advance or before a new booking calendar opens.) If pricing updates occur between your tour and booking date, your contract will reflect the most current rates at the time of signing.

The process is simple. It all starts with a conversation about your vision. You can schedule a no-obligation tour of the space, and from there, we’ll prepare a proposal. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is made, your date will be secured.
